What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in the following scenarios:

Damaged goods

Incorrect product 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What are the shipping options?

We offer three options, Standard, Priority and Free.
To be elegible for Free Shipping make sure your order is for $70 or more.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

Local customs office might request additional documents or fees that will need to be paid on your side. International taxes depend on your country so we recommend you get informed on your local customs website about import taxes before placing the order.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times, on average, range from 12 to 18 business days but sometimes might take up to 35 business days due to weather, customs and volume of the orders. If there will be delays on your order, you will be notified through email.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you haven't received your order within 35 business days please contact us immediately and we will find a solution right away.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is defective. Please note that pictures will be required to process an exchange or return.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

You can always contact us for any changes you want to make to your order at support@lonestarroots.com, however, if the order has already been processed and shipped we won't be able to process the change.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
